2. For women who 'need' to go shopping, there's a Marshalls, Ross, grocery stores, etc, just down the street and so conveniently located from the hotel.

7. Make note that the south part of the strip is growing and becoming more populated at a very fast pace especially with the new and upcoming town center shopping mall just down the street from this property.
