4. I'm glad I did as it is a really lovely hotel, and we were upgraded free of charge to a lovely large, modern 24th floor room with a nice view of the mountains and also given a free fridge.

8. I was not ok with the fact that they charged for internet ($12.95 per 24 hrs) and $15 to use the fitness facility although many people used the spa entrance to use the gym free of charge.
