4. I always thought the Holiday Inn brand was a step up from their 'Express' brand, and I thought the renovated rooms might have those amenities but it was not the case.

5. I don't think I would ever pay their normal rates to stay there, and not that it's a bad hotel, but if I'm going to pay $100+, I'd rather stay somewhere with a free breakfast and other amenities.
