1. The hotel is a block or so off of Highway 35 so there was no interstate noise, and we had a lovely view from our private balcony.

2. There is nothing to do nearby - even the few chain restaurants in the area can be a challenge to get to if you don't have a car - the area is bordered by highways and fly-overs.
