1. Excellent service - e.g., coffee and fruit are available all day, but when they were gone, the receptionist no only refilled the food but offered to have it delivered to our room in another building.

10. The grounds are well kept, the property small enough to feel cozy and for all services to be within convenient reach (we were in the 'C' building, the one furthest from the lobby, and still only a 2 minute walk to the main building).
