1. They helped me take care of an urgent business issue by sending a fax to Tahiti for me (no charge, just more smiles), and other faxes were sent and received for us as well.

3. Although non-smoking, our room smelled like it had been smoked in (even though hotel policy says they will charge you $* if you smoke in the room) and they tried to clean it or spray to cover it up.
