3. Room is up to date, includes the usual Residence Inn amenities (fridge and range), comfy bed, etc. We had a few service issues (people not following up on requests, having to ask many times, ) but overall very good experience.

7. The bed was super comfortable and that is saying something for my husband who has a bad back and is not often comfortable in strange beds.

As I'm typing this at 1 in the morning I'm listening to the girls next door giggle away - Nice, except I've been trying to sleep for an hour and I have an 8am flight - The rooms are spacious and I like the free internet - bed is comfy and the bathroom is fine but even in the hallways you can hear everyones conversations.
