1. When I asked about it, they said they only have it during peak season, yet they do not list dates or 'peak season only' anywhere in the guest book in the rooms or on the check in sheet when they list the free continental breakfast.

3. Hotel is a great location to the mountain and you do get a nice continental breakfast, but for the price you get a room that greatly needs renovating and an unfriendly staff.
