1. So it's easy to find and quite central (about half way between the Aspen music tent and downtown, both within walking distance) but it is a fairly busy street.

2. Since we have 'green' to 'double black' skiers in our group, Aspen has terrain that everyone can enjoy (safely), plus the downtown is the best in the evenings.
