7. Our family of six was put into a room right across from the pool and near the ice machine (which guests used to fill their entire ice chests at 1 in the morning) as well as the outside entrance into the building.

Hot water was out two nights; staff lied about situation; staff had no power to adjust bill; sounds from stairwell and exterior hallways kept up us then woke us up; pool and fitness center were both out of order (pool due to safety and shut down by city); backdoor's card access was disabled and anyone could enter hotel through it any time day or night.
