1. The hotel was a little hard to find in the dark because they have a new Baymont sign on order but haven't gotten it yet, and the one banner they hung up with Baymont signage wasn't easy to see from the street (especially headed south on Beach toward hotel).

2. (The lobby is the only thing at the street end, and this part of Beach Blvd is not very busy at night anyway.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from Disneyland, about 5 minutes from Knotts Berry Farm & Soak City, 2 minutes to Adventure City (a neat little amusement park for the smaller kiddies under 10 years old) & about 15 minutes from Huntington Beach & Pacific Coast Highway (straight shot down Beach Blvd gets you right into the beach).

5. The drive to the Disney parks only took about 10 minutes and the beach is only 25 minutes away.

6. As one of the reviewers mentioned, there may be some confusion with the Holiday Inn that's farther north on Beach Blvd, about 1 mile north of Knott's.
