Not so good: lugging your luggage upstairs, the soggy unsupportive couch in the unit lounge, the bus service ( as noted elsewhere the stop is the end on a longish route and therefore can be slow or full by the time it arrives), the huge pile of fresh towels which can ( and on one occasion did) fall into the toilet over which they are precariously perched, and the front desk staff who do not acknowledge you or smile until they are addressed.
