5. Disneyland was the focus of our trip, and the park is about a 20 minute walk from DC, or the ART shuttle picks up right around the corner for $4/day for adults and $1/day for kids (Dennys had reduced price tickets for sale at the register).

8. There is evidently a new Windham resort closer to Disneyland, but it is many more points/price so I would recommend this one, especially for families.

9. Given the prices around Disneyland for one bedrooms in mid-December, I would suggest that anyone paying more than $125 per night for Dolphin's Cove might not appreciate what they get given what you can get in the area for a little more.
