1. The front desk was great and helpful, the maids did a great job, the restaurant was really good and inexpensive especially on friday night when the kids needed to eat and all the restaurants had an hour and half wait.

2. monday a manager called me she would talk to the maid & head housekeeper, her answer was they have never had any problems & the maid said she did nothing wrong, so how do you explain the wallet left on top of the bag when it was stuffed at the bottom of that bag.

7. No hot water don't worry, the maid staff will be sure to turn off your air conditioning in your room each day to make sure your room is nice and toasty just like the hallways for you in the summer so you need a cold shower anyway.

8. We didnt leave the MAID card out one day and the housekeeper came along later and replaced the towels and took the rubbish which was most appreciated.

9. We went without hot water for over a day, had to move to another room without the help of the management and since they did not want to pay their maids any overtime they needed us to pack up and move ourselves in 10 minutes so they could clean our former room for the next sucker checking in.

10. The room service stated at 7.00AM so if the noise at night didnt keep you awake then the maids did the following day.
