1. Each time, we've been given an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge (we have 4 young children) and the suites are very spacious and clean.

2. Desert palms makes it look like a good price, but upon check in they charge a $12 a day resort fee, a $30 nightly room fee (on top of the nightly room rate they quote you), and then they charge the 17% tax.

3. As of now they are trying to charge me 3 different amounts none of which are the room costs, my bank keeps denying them because they feel it is suspicious that the charges keep appearing then disappearing from the same company over and over in different amounts each time.

9. I believe that there was only one other set of outlets in the room (besides the bathroom), so if you have multiple devices to charge, keep that in mind.
