1. Location is great and within walking distance to disney (15 mins), and there is also a bus service available outside the hotel (every 30mins).

7. The 15 minute estimate is accurate and makes it worth your while to just walk it if you are reasonably fit -- we walked even with a 4 year old, 5 year old, and 7 year old.

9. The restaurants in the hotel aren't that great but there are many options within walking distance--from fast food to fairly high end restaurants.

10. The only downside to the hotel is that there is not much in the way of local (non-chain) restaurants, but I suppose that's to be expected when you're within walking distance to Disneyland.
