From our arrival when we were greeted by the bellmen who were smiling and helpful, through getting our room from an outgoing, amenable gentleman at the desk, to a wonderful housekeeper who took care of our requests immediately, to a waitress in Degrees who answered all our questions about what was available in the area, we were made to feel so welcome.

5. There`s nothing to distinguish it from a 3* facility: no HD TV in the rooms, no fancy pool with a swim-up bar or a slide, no extra comfort or amenities in the room.
