4. Also there is a tourist info centre directly adjacent to the lobby which was really helpful in booking tours to Universal Studios and all the other hot spots.

5. We tried using the bathroom in the lobby- it was outside and was extremely filthy and covered in pee- even my spouse refused to use it.

7. Also, try to use the business center and found they don't have, if you want to print one page you need to pay 5 dollars at the internet center they have in the lobby.
