1. The Lobby staff are all friendly and helpful and also very accommodating.

4. Also there is a tourist info centre directly adjacent to the lobby which was really helpful in booking tours to Universal Studios and all the other hot spots.

5. We tried using the bathroom in the lobby- it was outside and was extremely filthy and covered in pee- even my spouse refused to use it.

6. The experience starts quite literally by crossing a drawbridge and even then, we're greeted by a shiny knight keeping vigilance in the lobby.

7. Also, try to use the business center and found they don't have, if you want to print one page you need to pay 5 dollars at the internet center they have in the lobby.
