1. we arrived around 9.30am straight off a 14 hr flight and they were very nice and allowed us to check in straight away.

5. Large room with very comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator, large bath, was well maintained, Excellent Staff with great advice, extremely helpful on check in and anything else we needed.

7. Check-in was fast (we prepaid and were guaranteed a room even though we arrived at 7 pm) and we were allowed a complimentary late checkout on our last day because we wanted a last quick visit to Disneyland.

9. The staff were very friendly and helpful, (Liz is a gem) there was a computer we could use in the check in area (perfect for web check in for flights home) and a concierge service that had a lot of the visitor booklets for attractions in the area.
