3. I requested an early check-in, I understand it can't always be given, but then when we went to take the shuttle bus they didn't tell us we needed to buy tickets for all day passes at the counter had to run and rush to get them before the bus left.

5. However, upon check in they told us that as since were staying for 5 nights, we were considered to be "extended stay", so we would only get a full housekeeping service once during our stay, with one other "partial" (didn't change linens, etc..

7. Still, if your hotel has a candy-dish full of earplugs on the check-in desk, you have to ask yourself how sound a sleeper you are.
