2. The hotel is quite old and they have tried to make the most of what they have with a fresh coat of paint, etc., but the room felt worn and a bit grubby down to the bathtub that had some weird worn mark in it, sticky carpet (eww), and the light on my nightstand that was never replaced/fixed despite repeated requests to the front desk.
