1. I must say that the staff are very pleasant--they seem as though they genuinely enjoy their jobs and want guests to enjoy their stay.

5. Yes, this isn't the W hotel but the room was clean and as described, the pool was great, the staff were great and most importantly it was less then 10 minutes to Disney.
