3. They were right : the neighborhood is quiet, I did not feel threatened in any way, but I guess if I had been a woman, I would have preferred to go by car or to take a friend with me.

PROS: Room was adequate size, large refrigerator, coffee maker, storage for personal items, semi-private patio with access to outdoor grounds, bed and pillows were comfortable enough, staff is friendly and accommodating, grounds are nicely landscaped, accept pets (for additional $15 each), within walking distance of mini-strip malls and other attractions in Anaheim, fairly safe neighborhood, very quiet at night if you are located in a room on the courtyard side.

6. The building is an old one which needs lot of work but has been masked by Spanish/rustic style decor and also it is not in such a great neighborhood.

7. Anaheim in general is not exactly a high end neighborhood and I would call most of it 'working poor'.

Con's- deferred maintanence galore (parking lot, pool furniture torn up, exposed nails in room right next to my kids beds from missing molding on sink furniture, and overflowing dumpster in lot) , paper thin walls (traffic & other units feel like they are in your room), & dicey neighborhood (even had grafitti on their sign).
