1. Here now arrived yesterday from Vegas after staying in that he'll hole what a welcome change to arrive somewhere so homely and welcoming staff seem friendly enough rooms far nicer than they look in photos very clean yes as other reviews state only light clean with main clean once per week but that's fine I'm fussy but no problem with this beds made towels refreshed etc so no problem pool area fantastic never too busy large enough and nice temperature only slight neg here was pool towels no where near large enough and very thin these are handed out by reception rather than freely available so I'd recommend to bring own plenty of beds chairs etc and open 8 til 11 fab.

3. lovely place would go back for sure wish we were still there rooms very clean always clean towels and plenty of them as we are a family of seven very helpfulstaff on front desk especially pam who sorted out for us to go to the orange county fair where we watched bull riding and bonnie who lent us her books on road directions and places to see very good breakfast spread every morning with so much choice very very clean place so wish we were still there you must stay here and say hi to pam and bonnie for us if you do thanks stephanie david and family if there had been pets in our room before us there was certanily no traces of any kind no smell or anything so believe me its a wonderfulplace to stay.

5. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of towels replenished each day and our room was quiet, facing the pool/courtyard.

6. The toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom - when the service guy came he unblocked it and left us to clean up with a few towels and no mop or offer to get a cleaner - eww.
