1. Breakfast bit manic and basic but free and can find something to eat from choice of yoghurt muffins cereal bagels toast and 2 hot items etc haven't tried managers special yet but free wine beer and snacks fab.

3. The Operations Manager at the time was great, he gave us the family suite at a discounted rate anyways and from that point on.

6. We showed an employee at the front desk my bites (the manager was not avaliable) and she offered to send maintence up to our room or move us to another room.

7. Other than the breakfast and sometimes rude staff that works at breakfast and managers reception (what a joke!) the hotel met our needs for accommodations.

10. The manager confirmed that promotion didn't apply to Staybridge guests, but then he gave us two coupons for a free pizza with up to 4 toppings from a local 'room service' pizza delivery establishment.
