8. There's complimentary wireless available in the lobby and a business centre, but I'm a bit annoyed by constantly having to lug my laptop downstairs to check my email.

9. The hotel provides free wireless internet in the lobby and you have to pay 9.95 to have it in your room, so that was a bit of a hassle to run downstairs to the lobby, so we ended up getting the internet in our room 4 times at 9.
