Pros: safe area, 1.4 mile walk to gate of Disneyland (or small fee shuttle operated by Anaheim), very friendly staff, very clean, excellent management, new carpet in halls and new flat screen TVs (but no HD)Cons: Slight wear in the room on carpet edges and floorboards, fee for parking (gated and secure, though), fee for internet in roomOne of our travel party had a need for a very clean environment due to a medical condition, and a manager named Eileen returned my call that inquired about possible special housekeeping prior to our arrival, then made a great plan with housekeeping to get the rooms impeccable.

4. Dinner I have to say was the best experience, my colleges and my self had an exceptional dinner experience, I wish I could remember our waiter's name and the night restaurant manager is one of a kind, great personality and very helpful.

5. During our restaurant visit, a manager even stopped by to inquire about our visit, restaurant experience, etc. Even the staff person in the gift shop was helpful (and the prices were reasonable - something you rarely find in a hotel gift shop).
