2. We've been driven by everyone from the manager to the maid (all were friendly) and have never been left stranded yet, unlike our first (and last!) experience with the nearby new Holiday Inn Express ($11.00 plus tip for that short taxi ride.

3. The staff were very friendly and helpful - finding a good restaurant for us, making sure we got a wake-up call and a ride to the airport (the desk manager took us because she didn't want us to be late!).
