5. This is the kind of service that we will tell everyone about because she went out of her way to make sure my kids were happy and I really appreciate people like that.

6. The wireless internet service did not work and the cable for the internet was not in the room and they refused to bring one up to me.

8. Oh by the way, (x) who claims to be the manager is some young fat stubby kid around 20-23 years old with curly hair and the rest of the staff is follows his directions on their customer service tactics.

9. Our first room given had no Internet service and we called to rectify the problem but the staff was extremely unhelpful and stated that they have issues with other guest.
