3. The neighborhood is not great in the immediate area (it's near the intersection of two interstates), but the hotel itself was quiet and it is handy to old town Albuquerque and the University of New Mexico.

4. Unfortunately, the immediate neighborhood is not so nice: bordered on two sides by freeway, third side by a razor-wire lined quonset hut, truckstop a block away.
