1. The hotel decoration reflects its New Mexico setting, and from the bar we could hear the pianist in the dining room.

9. This was due to the fact that we had added the extra day to our booking but the attitude of the staff on at the time was definitely different to what we had experienced before, this however did not ruin our trip and we would certainly recommend this hotel, and loved our time in Albuquerque.

10. Overall, the hotel has potential to provide a great experience (as most Hiltons actually do provide) but I don't plan to stay here again given the warm rooms and two poor customer service expreiences.
