3. I had the discount room and it was beautifully furnished, clean, with a private balcony, a snow capped mountain view, and a bed to die for.

5. My room wasn`t ready when I got there - then I couldn` t find the room (since it was in the tower it was on a separate bank of elevators and I drug two pieces of luggage up and down 3 times before someone pointed me in the right direction - and no one bothered to even ask if I needed help) - then the moth issue - and no one offered me a different room or even a discount for my inconvenience - I think they thought that the moths were a special perk of the room.
