1. Strengths:Good location and an affordable price (not right next to the highway like most hotels)Tempur-pedic beds (the best!)Huge TV with CableCompletely enclosed (and free) parking and pool - really makes you feel safeFree internetShuttle service to the Conference Center (and I think the airport as well but we didn't use that)Free yummy cookies in the lobby during the afternoonOld motel feel (no enclosed hallways as opposed to a hotel) with all the modern conveniences and securityOverall friendly staff (but don't ask for restaurant recommendations - do your own research)Walking distance from a bunch of restaurants and shopsWeaknesses:Noise coming from downtown on Friday night was awfulPool was not open even though the weather was in the 70s every day.

2. But your hotel is in need of serious external capital improvements such as new paint, preferably adobe colored that matches the feel and culture of New Mexico (keep a bright blue roof), new or repaired door scanners/systems, checklists for your staff to regularly go outside and clean up trash in the parking lot and clean up ALL of the clutter in the downstairs parking garage.
