3. At check-in, the nice gentleman told me where the elevator was but I failed to listen (7 hour drive will do that to you) so we had to lug our bags up to the fifth floor.

6. They have FREE internet, but the only thing is that it's hard-wired so you have to connect with an ethernet cable (which they provide you with at check-in), but it's fast and reliable.

7. We arrived mid-morning on a Saturday and even though check-in wasn't until 3 p.m., they gladly let us have our room early, and even invited eat some of the hotel breakfast if we'd like.

8. They informed me at this time that we would incur a pet charge by doing this (it was a fair $15) so it was nice to know the charge ahead of time instead of being surprised at check-in/out.
