1. I know it takes time to 'iron out' crinkles in check in and check out processes, but they have had it under their name now for more than a year and their staff still are not trained or they just have high turnover.

2. When we checked out the next morning, I watched as two other customers were asked about their stay, told to have a good day, etc. When I got to the counter to check out, the Sheraton hotel employee said that I had already paid through a 3rd party site (Hotwire) and was done.
