1. The general manager quickly replaced a mattress when mine was giving me back trouble, and the front desk staff is always quick to help with any need.

10. I don't remember what the website said, but I thought they had a pull out and even the front desk staff had to check to see if any of their 2BR's have pullouts and it seems they don't.
