1. Being near the airport is what we wanted, and food nearby includes Cervantes (excellent and good value New Mexican about 5 minutes away, and Frontier for breakfast near the UNM.

2. There is an Appleby's on the corner and Fudruckers across the street, but we always try to eat New Mexican fare when in ABQ because it is so different from the Mexican food we have in California.

4. There were a few pets there, one came in the food area and I asked the owner to please remove the animal from there.

5. I should also mention that there is a little room off the lobby that is stocked with a few food items, such as drinks, snacks, etc. It was after dinner when we checked in, and I asked about milk.
