2. Housekeeping will not leave you enough towels and when you call down to the front desk to ask for one the lady at the front desk will tell you that she does not have any and she does not have a key to get you one.

5. 'Basically they have a stipulation in their contract which protects thier workers, and not the their paying occupants, and gives their housekeeping staff the freedom to steal.

6. Housekeeping only does light h/k during the wk, which obviously does not include dusting, and the rooms can get pretty dusty, as nm is a dusty place.

7. We proceeded to call the police, they showed up about 1hr and 15 mins later to my rm, not even 5 mins after they arrived, the Mgr knocked on our door and returned our system claiming that housekeeping had mistaken it for trash, ' yeah right' she never apologized, or offered a kind word,.

10. Besides the housekeeping problems the hotel is very clean and I would give it another try, to see if it just happen to be an odd week.
