1. Good value rooms and they were a good size and clean, hotel was in a good location for historic downtown, bar was ok, so was breakfast in the restarant, but we did try an evening meal which was very poor.

8. The hotel is well situated to walk to the Old Town where Jewelery shops are plentyfuland the best value in New Mexico and Colorado.

9. The fan on the heating and cooling unit was very loud and would run with constant stops and re-starts, which was less than ideal, but on balance, it's still a good value for the price, so worth a few compromises.
