1. It is very convenient (walking distance) to Old Town restaurants, shopping, etc. Very easy access from the interstate and plenty of parking behind the hotel.

3. Yes, it is near the interstate, but our room was on the top floor looking out over the pool, and there was very little road noise.

4. Mainly because we were right next to the Interstate exit and had to keep curtains closed so as to hopefully keep out a bit more noise and keep in a bit more privacy (i know that during the day cars are not slowing down to try to see into the rooms but tell that to my hubby :D).
