1. Other than that, there was easy access to Best Buy and Target, and a Sonic across the street, Chinese food within walking distance.

2. The irony here is the level of arrogance that has to be involved to treat customers in this manner when there are four other hotels on the same street to choose from.

3. I like the fact that room service was available from the Owl Cafe across the street even tho' we didn't try it out.

5. Also, what a wicked trick this 'customer service line' that apparently only facilitates it's Managers to dump paid customers out on the street for verbalizing concerns.
