1. The traffic can get pretty crowded outside the hotel with visitors to the park but it is an easy 25-30 minute walk from hotel to park entrance.

4. Just a hint - if you decide to book this hotel, and will be attending a Balloon Fiesta - take the backroad (I believe the street is called Eagle Rock, but not sure), walk down a short block, take a right on San Mateo.
