1. The milk and yogurt were room temperature at best, the cranberry juice tasted expired, and the bananas (only fruit available) were all bruised.

9. We loved our housekeeper, the gentleman who peeled grapefruit for us at breakfast and cleaned up after our 13 month old, the smiling faces at the front desk, the pool and hot tub, and the big sofa in our room/suite.
