Pros: Indoor pool and hot tub, hot breakfast and attractive eating area, full kitchenCons: mild highway noise through window where sliding windows intersect (was fully closed); some front desk staff seemed to lack usual hotel training; called down at 9pm for wake up call the next day and no one answers the phone.

10. Checking in was great, very polite person at registration, told us breakfast times, pool hours, etc. Went up to the room and was pleasantly surprised at the nice, clean, bright room.
