First, while I always ask for a high floor at hotels and was accommodated, the hotel was virtually empty and the front desk clerk assigned me a room on the top (6th) floor directly under the roof air conditioners or some equally powerful mechanical equipment, assuring that the room felt like it was located under a jet engine.

Pros: Indoor pool and hot tub, hot breakfast and attractive eating area, full kitchenCons: mild highway noise through window where sliding windows intersect (was fully closed); some front desk staff seemed to lack usual hotel training; called down at 9pm for wake up call the next day and no one answers the phone.
