1. The hotel was quite nice, the staff was fantastic, the food was really good, and they couldn't do enough for us.

2. To finish on a positive note, as an elite member I used the concierge lounge, the regular staff both in the evenings and at breakfast were highly efficient and pleasant, there was a reasonable selection of food and beverages to be had at breakfast.
