1. It just looks old, despite the management's attempts to spruce the place up with gaudy carpet designed to hide stains and fancy sinks in the bathroom.

5. Because the gym is right next to the pool - there were kids running in and out of the gym to use bathroom - not a huge deal but I wasn't lifting weights so I could see how this might be an issue safety wise.
