8. Needless to say, they did not have the charger at 7PM at the Front Desk and despite the two calls to the hotel to confirm they had it and were holding it at the Front Desk - they had it locked up in Housekeeping and had no access to the Office at 7PM.

10. The rooms are very clean, altho I carry Clorox wipes to clean TV remotes, light switches, tables and counters and anything else I know the housekeeping doesn't clean.
