2. towels were rather scratchy whereas in times past were soft and fluffy, Also, only conditioning shampoo and 2 sml bars of soap were provided.

3. I also had no trouble with the internet connection after I found the one of several that worked best on my laptop - hint, don't go by how many bars are showing.
