2. This is why we loved Aida!( Book direct with them for the best prices: we paid 80 dollars + tx for a two queen-size bed with our 2 kids staying in with us).

4. Cheap eats nearby on 6th - Tacos sandwich shop and Tu Lan Vietnamese are both excellent and good sized portions for the price.

I agree with a lot of the 'average or good value rating':This is what we did upon arriving in the evening: we walked up the two block to the cable cars start and then one bloc up in Powell and asked the price for a room in a tiny great looking hotel (not a luxury but nice looking) and we were told that this one night we could stay for 280 dollars and the next night for 330 dollars .
